Abstract
My Name: Omar Mohamed Farah. This study exmined the rulings of political discourse, the treatment of political issues, and their models. In the present era, discourse holds immense significance; its absence constitutes a primary cause of numersous problems. Many countries in the islamic and arab words face myriad challenges-including terrorism, civil wars, chaos, and plitical decay-resulting from a lack of political understanding between the ruler and and the subjects, and between supporters and oppenents. This is direct consequence of political discourse rulings being missing, restricted, oor deviant leading to political fragmentation and the loss of unity and strength. The research problem briefly lies in the apparent contradictions within political discourse, the lack of credibility, the absence of governing rules, the violation of evidence, and the prevalence of hearsay. The research objectives are to clarify the application of political discource rulings, the conceps of criticism and oppasition, and the methodology for addressing political issues. The methodology employed is senuential approach to the rulings and treatment of political discourse, relying on authoritative sources. Information is presented in a manner that provides the reader with deduced rulings and discovered significances, while highlighting certain disputes and contractions within the materials of sharia compliant politics (siyasa shar’yya). Key research finding: Political discourse is not new phenomenon; instead, its applications are renewed in every are to harmonize with the specific requirements of the time. Political discourse requires frameworks that evolve alongside the development of communication methods and tools. The study highlights the risks associated with discourse that deviates from established principles and the resulting social and political harm. Since political discourse rulings change and adapt due to their role in persuasion and effecting change, there is a need for frameworks that are both realistic and grounded in legal principles.
