The psychological disorders and their repercussion on the necessary legitimate objectives (maqasid of shar-aiah)

Summary:
Although people vary in environmental, social and living conditions, the number of people whose suffering from psychological disorders are increasing all over the world; wars, conflicts and natural disasters have affected the normal and healthy human psychology.
The purpose of this research is to illustrate the concept of psychological disorders, concept of necessary objectives (maqasid), casting the manifestation of psychological disorders, highlighting the impact of psychological disorders on the individual eligibility and ability and their repercussion on the necessary legitimate objectives (maqasid of shar-aiah).
It is no secret that the rectitude of human life can’t be achieved unless the necessary legitimate objectives are established and applied.
To the extent that these necessary objectives are disturbed as a result of the psychological disorders that affect a person, his normal life is affected, along with the burdens and costs that result from it between the persons and his god, and between him and the people.
A person with a psychological disorder is not mentally ill; rather, he is held accountable for his actions and words, and he is not permitted to attack others or their property.
