Abstract

The research explores the strategic role of Saudi Vision 2030 in enhancing the financing environment for micro and small enterprises in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study aims to analyze the impact of this vision on the financial ecosystem of these enterprises and evaluate the opportunities and challenges they face in accessing finance. It also seeks to provide strategic recommendations to improve access to financial resources in alignment with the national economic diversification goals. The research methodology employed a descriptive analytical approach, relying on both qualitative and quantitative data collected through interviews with stakeholders and a review of government reports and official statistics. The data were analyzed comprehensively to ensure a deep understanding of the economic and social impacts of Saudi Vision 2030 on these enterprises. The research findings indicate that Saudi Vision 2030 has brought about significant transformations in the financing environment for micro and small enterprises, contributing to the development of innovative and diverse financial products and improving regulatory frameworks that facilitate access to finance.
