Abstract

This study examines the reality of the educational endowment in the Ministry of Education and its role in supporting the educational process, and to indicate the obstacles that stand in its way and the available solutions, and to introduce the legislation of regulating donation, the mechanisms of donation, the aspects of donation, and the advantages of donors. It also highlights the extent of the contribution of economic institutions to investing in educational endowments, by highlighting the role of contemporary media in encouraging endowments in all different social fields, most notably education. And the underlying causes of the obstacle to the success of the educational endowment in supporting and supplying the Ministry of Education.  For the purpose of the study, descriptive analytical models were used, and electronic questionnaires were distributed to 84 educational leaders in the Ministry of Education for the academic distribution 2021/2022.and finally alerted the study to many visions forward-looking, which can pivot them to make a quantum leap in the endowment's contribution to improving the educational learning process and meeting the needs of the Ministry of Education in the contemporary reality.
