         This research, seek to discover the efforts of Imam Abd al-Salam Yassin,In establishing an international humanitarian pact, liberating humanity, from a state of war and hatred, through his project called “ The prophetic method theory”.

 This Imam’s efforts are categorized in this subjectinto two levels: The first is rooting the concept and content of the Humanitarian Charter, in the form of a human value system; the second isentrances to the application of this charter in the contemporary context fraught with challenges and contradictions. I found this project clear and detailed, Forgotten by academic research. https://ciccre.uvt.ro/

The research dealt with two sections, after the introduction and before the conclusion, relying on a method that combines the extrapolation of the scientific material from its original and subordination perspectives, its analysis and justification of its issues, and its comparison with others, and its installation in the context of the general perception of the subject.
