Abstract

This study revolved around the general expressions mentioned for a specific reason, as it may be difficult for some researchers to specify some general expressions mentioned for a reason, as we sometimes find that they are specified to a situation or an individual, with the well-known rule that states that what counts is the generality of the expression, not the particular reason, or that leaving the separation descends into the status of the general. Which causes suspicion, and the researcher took the analytical inductive approach in explaining the meaning of the rule and the relationship between the rules related to general terms, and the researcher tried through his research to answer the question: When is the general term used for a reason specified? The aim of the researcher, through his study, is to know the conditions of specifying the general expressions contained on a reason with evidence and context, and the relationship between the rule: (the lesson is in the generality of the word), and the rule: (leaving the separation) and the distinction between them and the dispelling of confusion about them, then the researcher reached results, the most important of which: The two rules are correct and it is used as evidence unless something stronger than it contradicts it, and when the rulings taken from the two rules conflict and it is not possible to combine, then the rule taken from the rule: (the lesson in the generality of the word) takes precedence over the rule taken from the rule: (leaving the separation).).
