Methods of the Holy Quran of the Determining of the Resurrection and the Reckoning in the Light of Surat Qaf -An Analytical invocational Study-

Abstract

The doctrine of the resurrection and the reckoning is an authentic pillar of faith, and the belief of the servant is not valid without it. This doctrine was questionable and excluded by the polytheists and deniers, ancient and modern, so the Holy Quran paid great attention to its determination and confirmation by various methods. This study came to extract the methods of the Holy Quran of the Determining of the doctrine of the resurrection and the Reckoning and responding to the deniers in the light of Surat Qaf and explaining its paths and contributing to rooting it and benefiting from it in the call to Allah and the confutation of the opponent and bringing him to conviction and certainty, taking into consideration the situation and the psychology of the addressee, the patterns of people and their beliefs and the conditions of their environments, in view of the urgent need for such topics, especially in this time when doubts and suspicions abounded about the validity of the resurrection and the reckoning. The research has adopted approach of tracking and induction, and the analysis of verses and deduction.

Findings of Research: The surah focused on determining the resurrection and the reckoning on several pillars, namely: the spoken language, the conscious mind, the perceptive senses, and the diversity of the linguistic, mental and sensory methods contained therein.

Recommendations of Research: The study recommended investigating and elucidating the methods of the Holy Quran to determine issues and matters of faith, and present them to people in general and to preachers and reformers in particular.
