Abstract

If some people chant the Universal Declaration of Human Rights approved by the United Nations General Assembly on the tenth of December 1948, this is an outright misstatement. Because those who contemplate the farewell sermon delivered by the Messenger of Islam and all humankind on the day of Arafah are ten years of the Hijra, which is called the farewell pilgrimage, the hujjat al-Islam, and the hujjat al-rhetor. It is considered as the true and comprehensive declaration of human rights with the principles of mercy, humanity and human rights it contained, and it laid the foundations for global peace and security; This research will deal with this sermon, and the most important humanitarian principles that achieve global peace and security. Where the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, focused on: the human right to security over his blood, money and honor, the sanctity of blood, money and honor, the right of man to have his life based on justice, the man’s right over the woman, the woman’s right over the man, and the Muslim’s right to be ruled by the law of Islam And the right of a Muslim over his Muslim brother. Finally, the research will compare the farewell sermon with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
