This research deals with the relationship between the names of Allah (Al-Hakeem) and (Al-Aziz) in an objective, Analytical approach, due to the importance of knowing verses ending words and knowing its implications in the context of the verse. The problem of this research is to highlight the role of this association, through a deep look into the context in which those names were mentioned, and research the interprets’ thoughts and directions, and the saying of linguistic and creed’s scholars to highlight the role of this association and its impact on the reality of the moral, legislative and ethical system of Islam, and to show that these two name are accompanied by advance provisions and meanings that are added to the uniqueness of each individual name, then this research study disclose their impact in the muslim’s life, which would raise this nation and help making a progress through the activation and the application of the provisions.
This study concludes with results that lead to the answer to the main research axis: that the combination of the name of Allah "Al-Aziz" and his name "Al-Hakeem" shows a precise path and very oriented curve in the miracles of the Holy Quran in terms of accuracy of proportionality and consistency between the context of the verse and its meanings, and ending it with those two glorious names which were mentioned in the context of glorifying God and his pride and victory, the context of worshippers’ requests from Allah, the context of sending messengers and books with legislations and the context of the promise and the intimidation, and we should point out that the name of Allah “Al-Aziz” always precedes the name “Al-Hakeem” in all of the contexts, in order to put the cause before the reason, and the delays of ends from their means, furthermore, from the contextual rhetoric in the way they were introduced, that the name “Al-Aziz” is from the self-describing adjectives, while “Al-Hakeem” is from the qualities of deeds adjective.
