Abstract

In view of the title of this research called: "exceptional judicial policy in the Holy Quran ", the viewer finds that his subject is based on exceptional judicial policies stemming from the linguistic and idiomatic definition of exceptional judicial policy, Which position is applied - for example - is: The exceptional judicial policy of accepting a non-Muslim certificate against a Muslim, And in the assault between the partners, In this lies the problem of this research that the solution to the problem leads to alerting the official judicial body to the attention take care of that judicial facility, This should be done only if such development is included in a medium-term and long-term judicial development plan with adequate financial support, And thus achieve objective objectives based on the discovery of the provisions and the wisdom of exceptional judicial policy in the Holy Quran, and to get to know of the general foundations of the exceptional legal judicial policy, leading to the replacement of hardship to easy, and we have to follow the method of induction and deductive, And all of this we get important results, most notably that the policy of judicial exception in the book is a way to find appropriate solutions to emergency judicial matters.
