Abstract
The aim of this study is to explore the range of the effectiveness of the integration of disabled with their counterparts from low basic level teachers' perspectives in Qalqilya district. The study searches the effect of gender,place of work, academic qualification, specialization and years of experience variables.
The population of the study consists of the low basic level teachers in Qalqilya district, the sample of the study consists of (93) teachers who were randomly chosen according to independent variables. The researchers designed a questionnaire that consists of (30) items. The researchers utilized the questionnaire for field survey and was distributed on the sample of the study, processed into the computer for statistical analysis in which information was classified in which Kronpach Alphaequation for the three domains of the total degree was (%96).
The results of the study proved that the total degree of the range of the effectiveness of the integration of the disabled with their counterparts from teacher's perspectives in Qalqilya district in which the total degree was very high on the three levels. The results proved that there was no statistical differenceat the significance (a=0.05) in the range of the effectiveness of the integration of disabled with their counterparts from teachers perspectives in Qalqilya district school due to gender, place of work, academic qualification, specialization and years of experience variables.
Researcher came up with the following recommendations:
*Conducting training courses for low basic level teachers with the aim to prepare a qualified educational cadre of teachers who are able to teach the disabled.
