Abstract

The study aimed to stand on the characteristics of the weighting approach of the Malikis, and to take the work of the people of Medina, analogy, and approval as a model to know their methods of weighting and what distinguished the Malikis from other schools of thought. The weighting approach of the Malikis, then the application of the weighting approach to the work of the people of Medina, analogy, and approval as a model. The study followed the deductive inductive approach.
