Abstract:

This research sheds light on the impact of the Qur’anic recitations in deriving meanings, and the consequent effect on the seven Arabic dialects. It also shows the importance of the Qur’anic recitations in highlighting the inimitability of the Holy Qur’an, and their connection to each other, and that their difference is not a contradictory and dissonant one. It also explains its explanatory meanings and purports. The researcher used statistical, descriptive, and analytical methods. The nature of the research necessitated dividing it into an introduction, three sections and a conclusion. The first section explains the concept of recitations in language and terminology, the second deals with the sections and types of recitations and related terms, and the third one explains the meaning of the seven Arabic dialects, their benefits, and their relationship to Quranic readings.
