This study aimed at identifying the relationship between the vocational interests the teaching profession and the achievement motivation among science teachers in the Educational East Office in Jeddah. The researcher used the descriptive approach that is concerned with studying the relationship between the variables. The researcher used the inclinometer vocational interests profession and the measure of achievement motivation. The study included three questions, and three hypothesis, which include in its entirety the disclosure of the relationship between the vocational interests the teaching profession and achievement motivation of science teachers in the three stages of general education.The results showed a positive correlation between the vocational interests the teaching profession and the motivation of achievement among teachers for all stages.
