Abstract


 The study aimed to study the relationship between participation financing and the performance of Islamic windows in the Jumhuriya Bank, an applied study on the Jumhuriya Bank - Libya. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the applied study of the Jumhuriya Bank - Libya, and using the statistical analysis program (Smart Pls) a set of results were reached, The most important of them were: the presence of a strong and positive direct impact of participation financing on the performance of Islamic banking windows, which confirms the role of the participation financing formula in enhancing the banking performance elements of Islamic banks, as well as the presence of a strong and positive direct effect of participation financing on the development of banking services, which confirms that strengthening the participation formula In Islamic banks, it is considered one of the tributaries of development in Islamic banking services. The results also concluded that there is a strong and positive direct impact of the development of banking services on the performance of Islamic banking windows. The results of the structural model of the study demonstrated the validity of the first hypothesis of the study, which included indicating the presence of a positive and statistically significant effect of participatory financing on the performance of Islamic banking windows. The value of the path coefficient indicated that the effect between these two variables was of moral importance, as the results of employees working in the affiliated Islamic banking windows indicate. According to the first hypothesis based on their answers to the two measures of participation financing and the performance of Islamic banking windows, a significant increase occurs in the performance of Islamic banking windows whenever participation financing increases. The study also suggested conducting more studies on the same topic, especially qualitative studies.
