Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify a proposed conception for the development of methods of teaching distance education teachers in light of the needs of the teaching profession according to the digital age. The southern region is the city of Al-Baha. The form was distributed by e-mail, and the respondent filled it out by himself and then collected it. Our form, which was based on 42 paragraphs, included. The research reached the following results, the main focus in the development of distance education is the development of the performance of its teachers, the twenty-first century society needs a teacher Accommodating the requirements of the times, able to absorb facts, knowledge and rapid changes, the teacher is the person qualified to develop and develop members of the digital society, this study will benefit in evaluating the job performance of distance education teachers, developing the performance of distance education teachers to achieve quality in education.
