A proposed vision for applying the principles of strategic vigilance for the environmental and preventive dimension in educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the skills of the twenty-first century

Abstract
The problem of the research was identified in the low level of application of strategic environmental and preventive vigilance in educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which made it aim to build a proposed vision for the application of the principles of strategic environmental and preventive vigilance in light of the twenty-first century skills in educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach by using a questionnaire. In order to determine the reality of the practice of strategic vigilance in its two dimensions (environmental - preventive) in educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it was applied to a sample of (450) educational supervisors and principals, with (245) supervisors and (205) principals. The researcher used the descriptive approach and reached The results of the study indicate that the practice of strategic vigilance in the preventive field is higher than in the environmental field.
