The reality of managing distance education in light of the Corona pandemic from the perspective of parents of primary school students in the Kingdom of Bahrain

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the reality of distance education management by primary school leaders in the kindom of Bahrain from the point of view of students parents.The idea came from the area of understanding parents roll in achieving the goals of education and how it is prominent and influential, and this role is based on the partnership between parents and the school, in addition to the fact that recent years related to health global changes in learning to the fast track-conditions required pushing. And to achieve this goal, the researchers prepared a questionnaire addressed to parents of primary school students, to measure their views on the management of on line education by its leaders in schools . It was confirmed that the required statistical standards are available by proving that the tool is characterized by an acceptable degree of validity and reliability by appropriate a statistical methods. The questionnaire sample of 514 parents who were randomly selected from the original community consisting of all parents of primary school students in the four governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain, which are the northern, southern, Muharraq, capital. The researchers used the descriptive approach in this research, which is the adopted method to study the phenomenon of the study, to put it in its correct framework, to explain all the circumstances surrounding it, and to reach the study results the research. The results of the research concluded that the reality of distance education management exists in a (high) degree among the primary school leaders in the Kingdom of Bahrain from the point of view of the parents as the relative importance reached 80.38%, and the average was 2.411 .
