Abstract
The study aimed to: identify the requirements for achieving the principles of participatory leadership in early childhood schools in Jeddah Governorate from the point of view of school administration supervisors, and to identify the degree to which school administration supervisors in Jeddah Governorate practice the importance of achieving the requirements of participatory leadership. The study used the descriptive analytical approach. The study population consisted of School administration supervisors in Jeddah Governorate. One of the most important findings of the study is that trust and mutual respect between supervisors and the work team are the basis of the principles of participatory leadership. Achieving the principles of participatory leadership requires providing an encouraging environment for interaction and communication among team members, and motivating them to participate in decision-making and setting goals. Among the recommendations reached by the study: The researcher recommends that school administration supervisors have a leadership orientation that focuses on teamwork and cooperation, encouraging effective participation. In making decisions and setting goals. Developing the communication and negotiation skills of the female supervisor, in order to improve relations between team members.
