Abstract
The study aimed to identify the extent to which the Trickett and Mohs dimensions are applied in the classroom management of the teachers of Al-Amal classes in the field of system formulation, and to identify the differences (if any) between the teachers' estimates in the level of employing the Trickett and Mohs dimensions in the classroom management of the field of system formulation among the teachers of the Al-Amal classes. Attributable to the variables of the study (type of program and years of experience), the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of (46) male and female teachers distributed over the attached chapters of Hope and independent institutes, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and the results of the study showed that the degree of application of Trickett and Mohs dimensions In the classroom management of male and female teachers of the Hope classes in the field of system formulation came with a high degree, and the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the teachers’ estimates in the level of employing the Trickett and Mohs dimensions in the classroom management of the field of system formulation for the teachers of the Hope classes due to the two variables of the program type and years of experience
