A proposed vision to develop the supervisory mathematics supervisors' practices in the culture of computing and information and communication technology in the light of the skills of the twenty-first century

Abstract
Local reports and studies have proven that the results of the international tests of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (TIMESS) in mathematics were not at the desired level, and that the possession of mathematics teachers of the teaching skills necessary to develop the skills of the twenty-first century among their students is weak. Therefore, the study aimed to identify the reality of the practice of mathematics supervisors in mathematics. The city of Jeddah is associated with the skills of the twenty-first century from their point of view, and to achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the researcher used a questionnaire that consisted of two skills: information and communication culture and the culture of computing and information technology.The study sample consisted of (68) male and female educational supervisors in Jeddah .The results showed The study showed that the reality of the supervisory practices of mathematics supervisors in the city of Jeddah was high in the skill of information and communication culture and very high in the skill of computing culture and information technology was very high. The results of the study also revealed the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of a sample response. The study was about the reality of the supervisory practices of mathematics supervisors due to the gender variable in favor of female supervisors, while the study did not reveal statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of their responses due to the variable. of years of experience and educational qualification.
