Leadership practices that support strategic planning processes public education schools in Jamoum Governorate

Abstract
Current research aims to identify leadership practices supporting strategic planning processes in the schools of public education in the governorate of Al-Jamoum. The study community consists of 40 female principals of the schools of public education in the governorate of Al-Jamoum. The survey descriptive approach was used. To achieve the study objectives, the survey was designed to collect data. The results showed that the leadership practices supporting the strategic planning processes were (high), with the strategic plan evaluation exercise ranked first, second, the strategic plan implementation, third, the strategic analysis exercise, fourth, the strategic formulation exercise. Finally, preparation for the planning comes as the least practicable. The researcher recommends that the trends of school principals around the preparation of the strategic plan should be changed in line with the strategic planning processes and applications, and the human and physical capabilities of the school according to the school strategic plan.
