The research aims to develop the decision-making skills of gifted students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The current research used both the descriptive approach to build the theoretical framework for research and the enrichment program. It used the quasi-experimental approach with the experimental group with the application of pre and post tests for one of the decision-making measures, where the research group consisted of 160 One of the gifted students in the first intermediate grade and sixth grade students in the gifted classes. The researcher prepared the following materials: a list of decision-making skills, a booklet for the enrichment program (environmental issues and problems), then he prepared the following tool: a measure of decision-making skills, and the research reached the following results 1- There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of gifted students (the research sample) in the post application of the decision-making scale for each of the decision-making skills separately, and for the decision-making skills in general in favor of the post-application. 2- The proposed enrichment program indicated that It has a high degree of effectiveness in the growth of decision-making among the research sample, as the adjusted gain percentage for Black was (1.24), which is a high percentage. 4- The results of the effect size of the value of the Eta square "²η" indicate a significant impact of the enrichment program in developing decision-making skills (in general). At a rate of (0.9926), an explanatory variance rate of (99.3%), and a percentage of (0.7637).
