The study aimed to identify the challenges facing private education investors in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the Corona pandemic within the most prominent axes: the Ministry of Education, Municipalities, Government Agencies, including the Labor Office, Social Insurance, Civil Defense, Development Company / Electricity and Water Company, Administrative Control / Traffic. The study followed the descriptive design, where the researcher designed a questionnaire whose number of paragraphs was (55) items distributed over 7 axes, distributed among the study sample. The tool was applied to all a representative sample of the study community, which amounted to (110) owners, and (96) owners responded. The study found the increasing challenges and difficulties facing the private education sector in the Makkah region within seven axes, the highest of which are municipalities.The average dimensions ranged between (4.17 - 4.51) with a degree of agreement ranging from high to very high. The study recommended the need to reconsider the current legislation, laws, regulations and instructions regulating the sector, and to remove all barriers and obstacles that prevent its development.
