ABSTRACT
This research aims to clarify the role of the school in educating primary school students about health in the city of Tabuk, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Developing the value of health education, activating the values of school hygiene, achieving health and safety means, and providing an appropriate environment for healthy school feeding. The study sample included all health counselors in primary schools in the city of Tabuk, who numbered (75), and the researcher used the descriptive survey method in the study to know the role of the school in developing the values of health culture for primary school students. The health of primary school students from the point of view of the study community members in general was moderate, with an arithmetic mean of (3.66) The school’s role in developing health education was moderately with an arithmetic average of (2.69), and the school’s role in developing the values of public hygiene was at a high degree with an arithmetic average (4.00), and that the school’s role in activating the means of health and safety was at a high degree with an arithmetic average. (4,11) while it showed the role of the school in providing the appropriate environment for healthy nutrition in a high degree with an arithmetic mean (3.85), and it showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample members about the school’s roles in developing the values of health culture due to the two variables Academic qualification and experience
