Abstract
The current research aims to know the degree of application of gifted students’ teachers to learning needs in light of the Buckler Learning Model, and its relationship to some variables. The research was based on the Descriptive survey approach. The study was conducted on a sample of (119) male and female gifted students’ teachers In partnership schools with (Mawhiba) in Jeddah;The research sample was selected by the Stratified Random method. To achieve the research goals, the researcher built a scale (prepared by the researcher) consisting of (56) items.
The results of the research reached that there are differences between the mean scores of the sample members on the scale of learning needs of gifted students’ teachers according to the gender for the benefit of females, and the existence of differences between the mean scores of the sample members according to the school stage for the benefit of high school gifted students’ teachers. Also the research results reached the existence of differences between the mean scores of the sample individuals according to the number of years of experience for the benefit of the age group with more than 10 years of experience based on the scale of learning needs.
