Abstract

The study is entitled: The effectiveness of modern technology in developing the listening and speaking skills of learners of Arabic as a second language at the beginner level. The study was aimed at identifying the effectiveness of some strategy based on modern technology in developing language skills among non-native Arabic learners, and drawing the attention of centers and schools to the importance of using various technology means in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. The importance of the study from the theoretical point of view is that it provides a theoretical framework for some modern technical means that can be used in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers and measuring its effectiveness in developing the language skills of non-Arabic speakers. And the specialized bodies in this field to develop and develop their performance by relying on modern technical means that keep pace with the global development edifice like the rest of the world’s languages. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach and the quasi-experimental approach, where the researcher subjected the independent variable in this study, which is the technical means to the experiment to measure the extent of its impact on the dependent variable, which is the development of my listening and speaking skills among non-Arabic speakers, and the study concluded that the use of various technical means has helped to develop my skill Listening and speaking among students of the novice level and overcoming some of the difficulties facing the educational process compared to the students of the control group who studied in the traditional way
