Abstract
Title of the Thesis: A proposed Conception of a Training Program to Develop the Competencies of Classroom Teaching Management among New Teachers in Private Schools, Affiliated to Makkah Directorate of Education, in the teaching of Makkah from the viewpoint of Educational Supervisors and Schools Principals.Researcher: Khalid Ali Alshehri Supervisor:Ass. prof. Eman Mohammed Qutub Goals: Identify the reality of the competencies of classroom teaching management among new teachers in Makkah private schools from the viewpoint of educational supervisors and school leaders, and then developing a proposed conception for a training program for its development. It also aims to identify the differences between the study sample Individuals according to the variables (academic degree, position, years of experience). The researcher used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire for collecting data. The questionnaire contains (72) phrases distributed over six axes, each axis representing twelve paragraphs. The tool achieved a high internal validity of (0,99), and its reliability coefficient was (0,98). To process the data, the researcher used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. Study population: It consists of (113) individuals of the educational supervisors and principals of private schools. The important findings: (1) The reality of the availability of classroom teaching management competencies among new teachers in private schools, from the point of view of members of the study population, is in "Average” and with an arithmetic average (2.25) and relative weight (75%). (2) There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of the study population responses according to the academic degree variable. On the other hand, there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the averages of the study population responses according to the job variable, in favor of school’s principal. Moreover, there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of the study population responses according to the number of years of experience variable. Recommendations: (1) Recruiting teachers with high teaching competencies after their graduation from universities and colleges of education, especially those who have a desire to teach. (2) The new teacher will be enrolled in the training program that was prepared at the end of this study, provided that it is provided by educational experts for a period of three days, centered on the competencies of classroom teaching management, with an emphasis on practical application during the implementation of the program.
