Abstract
This study aimed to find out the problems of listening skill among Arabic-speaking learners of other languages in the specialized institutes in Saudi Arabia, in order to arrive at the types of problems, their description, classification, percentage, causes, and treatments. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive approach based on analysis as it was the most appropriate to the nature of the study. Results: Students have problems with converging and similar sounds, confusion in satisfying some movements when speaking, listening to text from a tape recorder, and hiding sign language and the body that aids in the comprehension of the text.
