ABSTRACT
The aim of this study is to identify the leadership style of head training department in the Technical College in Riyadh from the viewpoint of the study members (Training Authority), and to identify the relationship of the academic qualification variable in determining the leadership style from the viewpoint of the study members (Training Authority), and to identify the relationship of the variable to specialize in determining the leadership style from the viewpoint of the study members (Training Authority), and to identify the relationship of variable years of experience in determining the leadership style from the viewpoint of the study members (Training Authority), and to identify the prevalent leadership style of the head training department in the Technical College in Riyadh from the viewpoint of the study members (Training Authority).To achieve the goals of this study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. In order to collect study data, the researcher designed a questionnaire directed to members of the (Training Authority) in the training departments of the Technical College in Riyadh. A random sample was chosen, represented by (294) members of the (Training Authority) in the training departments of the Technical College in Riyadh. The results of the study showed that the prevalent leadership style of the head training department at the Technical College in Riyadh from the point of view of the (Training Authority) is the autocratic (authoritarian) leadership style, while the democratic (participatory) leadership style came second among the leadership styles, and then the messy (messy) leadership style, which came third and last.
