Abstract

This study tackles one significant metho d of teaching methodologies used in kindergarten, which is” educational games method”. This study also clarified the usage of this method for teaching educational concepts. Moreover, it explained the importance of using “educational games method” to change and improve traditional methods that put the child in a rigid environment and prevent him of participating, interacting and comprehending educational concepts. The previous mentioned method also takes the hand of the child toward accepting, actively interacting with the educational concept which can help them understand it more actively. Such games can help the child creating their character, improving their skills and increasing their learning efficiency. The study wanted to know how those games could affect children’s personalities and the pros and cons of this method. It also aimed to know the efficiency of using “educational games method” to develop educational concepts to kids in kindergarten. Another goal is to know the effect of this method upon the average score of kids experienced “educational games method” and comparing it to others who experienced traditional methods. The study relied on descriptive, which is a survey for kindergarten’s teachers. According to the result, the study concluded that the usage of “educational games methods” with kindergarten’s kids is an efficient, successful, important and highly effective method upon children and their understanding to educational concepts.
