Abstract

The research seeks to study an impact based on the phenomenon of the linguistic phoneme in teaching spelling writing skills among primary school students with learning difficulties. The research community included all primary school students with difficulties in the State of Kuwait. The research sample consisted of choosing a sample of (33) male and female students. Of the students who study at Kuwait English School (Green Unit department), To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the experimental approach, and a pre and post scale was prepared to measure the performance of students in the experimental and control groups, In order to identify the impact of the proposed program based on the phoneme phenomenon in teaching writing skills. The results showed apparent differences between the two groups in the post-measurement in favor of the experimental group. Which means that there is an impact of the proposed program in teaching writing skills to primary school students with learning difficulties, Through the findings of the study at the end of the research, some suggested studies and recommendations related to the results were presented.
