Abstract

The will of God Almighty decreed that there be misguided sects belonging to Islam from the first beginning until the present day, dealing with them has become inevitable and everyone is looking for the right policy to deal with these groups to get rid of their evil and try to return them to the right path and limit their spread, this thesis was entitled: “The Islamic Legal Policy in Dealing with Deviant Sects and the Applications of the Pious Predecessors.” , it aims to warn against these sects, explain the reasons that lead to being drawn into them, and devise the most important and correct Sharia policies in dealing with them, this work required the researcher to adopt the inductive approach, by tracing the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah, the biography of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his companions, and the books of scholars, and Deducing the Islamic`s policies when dealing with misguided sects, One of the most important results reached is that the sects are not at the same level in terms of deviation and danger, and the Kharijite sect is considered the first to appear and the most dangerous, the Sharia policy in dealing with it changes with the change of interest. The goal of the Sharia policy is to reform people’s religion and their world.
