Abstract

A training program and its impact on the development of digital learning skills for female teachers of the Holy Quran Memorization Associations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia


Abstract


    This research aimed to investigate the effect of a training program on developing digital learning skills for female teachers of the Holy Quran Memorization Associations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In Riyadh, they were randomly divided into a control group consisting of (22) female teachers, and an experimental group consisting of (24) female teachers. A training program was prepared on digital learning skills for the experimental group, which consisted of (12) training sessions. Digital learning applications, applying digital learning to improve learning processes), and (28) sub-skills in digital learning, The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post application of digital learning skills on all skills and in favor of the teachers in the experimental group, which confirms the impact of the program in developing digital learning skills for teachers of the Holy Quran Memorization Associations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
