Abstract

After weakness began to creep in the people of Arabic, and it was difficult for them to control and master it, it was necessary to simplify its principles and bring them closer to the learners and students of it, and since memorizing and reciting the Noble Qur’an is one of the greatest aids to learning the Arabic language and acquiring its linguistic faculties. And the development of her skills, the scholars took care of composing what would make it easier for the learner of the Holy Qur’an to pronounce the Arabic letters and words with their various movements, including (the light rule) This research deals with the problem of explaining the impact of teaching the enlightened rule in teaching the Arabic language, and the role of modern technology in teaching it. He clarified the role of modern technology in teaching the Noorani rule, and mentioned the most important means used in this, and it adopts the descriptive analytical approach, and among its most important results: the close connection between memorizing and reciting the Noble Qur’an and learning the Arabic language, and the importance of starting with the Noorani rule. In teaching the Arabic language, because of its impact on the child’s mastery of spelling words with their multiple movements in different situations, and the importance of using modern technology in teaching the child and developing his faculties, and in teaching the luminous rule, because of the approximation and facilitation of its material through multiple educational means.
