Abstract

The purpose of this research is to learn the Imam Mawardi's anomaly jurisprudence approach in his book Al-Hawi transactions and worship parts, by knowing the reasons for his anomaly, and the methodology of his judgment on the owner of the anomaly. The research shows the desire of scholars from ancient times to deny wrongdoing or diligence on Sharia fever. In my research, I followed the analytical inductive approach. Addressing this topic at an introduction, a preface, two sections and a conclusion., One of the most prominent results of the research was that the safest definition of the anomalous saying was “an opinion in a sub-judgment that some someone singled out without a considerable evidence or without evidence at all”.and It was a result of many reasons that caused it particularly the failure to say one of the sources of the four clear and cotegorical judgements and tendency to be very weak in its inference and the moderation of the Maori's consideration of the judgement, In my research, I have found the accuracy of Al-Mawardi in the theoretical part framing and reporting the process of abnormality and the practical part in application and implementation . And this research shows that Mawaridi has an objective jurisprudence mindset, contributed to Islamic jurisprudence and its publication with a great blog continues to be one of the most reliable blogs from which researcher engage
