Abstract

This research deals with the chapter of purity of Ibn Aqil al-Hanbali in the provisions of water under the name of the jurisprudential choices of Ibn Aqil al-Hanbali in worships "A Comparative Study". And an indication of the extent of its compatibility with the divine law evidence, as well as the collection of Ibn Aqil's opinions scattered in the books of the Hanbali school of thought, and their study. In order to reach this goal, the inductive and descriptive analytical approaches were followed.
