Abstract

This research sheds the light on the impact of suspended Hadiths on the validity of Chapter’s Hadith that Al-Tirmidi used them to justify the chapter. It’s well known that Al-tirmidi didn’t reveal the chain of narrators for all narations, which are called “suspended Narrations”. This Study takes selective hadiths from Al-Siyar Chapter till Al-Fara’ed, to help proving that. This research’s approach is first identifying the suspended narrations, then the sources of these narrations in Sunna original books. Finally study the suspended hadiths and validate its impact on the Chapter’s hadith.
