Abstract

 The research (the criminal responsibility of the boy, the madman and the hater, the jurisprudence and the system) contains an introduction, four investigations, and a conclusion, its statement as follows: the  first research entitled Definition entitled Research, and it contains four demands, the first to introduce criminal responsibility, the second to introduce the boy, the third to introduce the madman, and then the second research entitled Criminal Responsibility of the Boy, with two demands, the first on the provisions of criminal responsibility of the boy, the second judicial applications on the criminal responsibility of the boy, and then the third research entitled criminal responsibility of the boy, the first on the provisions of criminal responsibility of the boy, the second judicial applications on the criminal responsibility of the boy, and then the third research entitled criminal responsibility of the boy.  Criminal responsibility of the madman, with two demands, one for the provisions of criminal liability for the madman, the second judicial applications on the criminal responsibility of the madman, and then the fourth research entitled Criminal Responsibility of the Impeller, and two demands, the first on the provisions of criminal liability of the impeller, and the second judicial applications on the criminal responsibility of the impeller, then the conclusion and index of references.
