Abstract

Difficulties of teaching Arabic language to non-native speakers and how to reduce them The objective of this research is to detect the difficulties of teaching Arabic language to non-native speakers and how to reduce them through the identification of the most obstacles to teaching Arabic language to non-native speakers, and detecting the presence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) about the difficulties of teaching Arabic language to non-native speakers, according to the research variables. The research sample will include (70) non-native Arabic speakers Students. The researcher will use the descriptive analytical approach as a method to study, and he will depend on the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study is expected to reach several conclusions, including:

  1. The existence of difficulties related to the academic content in teaching Arabic language to non-native speakers.
  2. Lack of the availability of qualified teachers for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
  3. Lack of practicing classroom activities Used by teachers to promote Arabic language levels for non-native speakers.

The researcher recommends a number of recommendations, including: The need to evaluate the performance of Arabic language teachers who are teaching for non-native Arabic speakers students, and to evaluate Arabic language curriculum which are taught to non-native Arabic speakers students.
