موقف الإمام الطاهر بن عاشور من "الصلاة الوسطى The position of Imam al-Tahir ibn Ashour from "salat elwutaa”

Abstract

The research is based on the study of Imam al-Taher-rahimah-Allaah in the question of the appointment of the middle prayer, compared to the statements of the scholars who preceded him in the matter. The problem lies in the extent to which Imam al-Taher (may Allaah have mercy on him) relied on the statements of his predecessors in this matter. God in the matter, and evidence in that, as well as know the extent of adoption of the Imam Taher, may God have mercy on him who preceded him in this issue, and then access to the most likely opinion on the matter.

After a comprehensive study, the researcher concluded that Imam al-Taher (may Allaah have mercy on him) relied on this issue to say his doctrine, which is the view of Malik, may God have mercy on him, in what is meant by middle prayer as the morning prayer. The most correct view of the scholar is the 'Asr prayer. , Which is lacking in the words of Imam Taher, may God have mercy on him.

ملخص البحث 

يشتمل البحث على دراسة قول الامام الطاهر-رحمه-الله في مسألة تعيين الصلاة الوسطى، مقارنةً بأقوال العلماء الذين سبقوه في المسألة، وتكمن الإشكالية في مدى اعتماد الإمام الطاهر رحمه الله على أقوال من سبقه في هذه المسألة، ويهدف البحث الى معرفة قول الإمام الطاهر رحمه الله في المسألة، وأدلته في ذلك، وكذلك معرفة مدى اعتماد الإمام الطاهر رحمه الله على من سبقه في هذه المسالة، وبعد ذلك الوصول للرأي الراجح في المسألة.

وبعد دراسة مجملة، خلص الباحث أن الإمام الطاهر-رحمه-الله قد اعتمد في هذه المسألة على قول مذهبه وهو مذهب مالك-رحمه-الله، في المراد بالصلاة الوسطى بأنها الصبح، والرأي الراجح بنظر الباحث هو صلاة العصر، لكثرة الأدلة والأحاديث الدالة على ذلك، وهو ما افتقر إليه قول الإمام الطاهر رحمه الله.
