مدى تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة الشاملة للتدريس الفعال من قبل أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعات الحكومية والأهلية بمحافظة دهوك English

الملخص

The present research attempts to measure the application extent of overall quality assurance standards of effective teaching among the staff of Dohuk University and Nawroze University in Dohuk and to realize the students’ opinions towards the application extent of these standards by the universities staff according to the kind of the university.

 In carrying out their study , the researchers adopted the descriptive analytical method and chose a random  sample consists of 360 students of whom 292 students from University of Dohuk and 68  students from Nawroze Private University which is equal to 2% of two universities.

The researchers prepared and developed a tool by themselves.  In light of standards of quality assurance, the final shape of their tool consists of 54 items distributed over 5 axes. 

After applying the tool, collecting data and analyzing data, the researchers have come up with the following findings:

1. The effective teaching is applied according to standards of quality assurance in Dohuk and Nawroze Universities at degree (to some extent), center weighted (2.193) and weight percentage (73.119) from the point view of students.


2. There is a statistically significant difference between the views of students about the extent of the application of standards of quality assurance of effective teaching staff due to the kind of the University for Interest of Duhok University. ملخص البحث

يهدف البحث الحالي قياس مدى تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة الشاملة للتدريس الفعال لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعتي دهوك الحكومية، ونوروز الأهلية بمحافظة دهوك، وتعرف آراء الطلبة نحو مدى تطبيق هذه المعايير من قبل الأعضاء حسب نوع الجامعة.

اعتمد الباحثان في تنفيذ بحثهما على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واختارا عينة عشوائية بلغت (360) طالباً، منهم (292) طالباً من جامعة دهوك الحكومية، (68) طالباً من جامعة نوروز الأهلية، أي بنسبة (2%) من كلتا الجامعتين. ولتحقيق أهدافهما أعد الباحثان وطورا أداةً من إعدادهما، في ضوء معايير ضمان الجودة الجامعية، تكونت في صورتها النهائية من (54) فقرة، وزعت على (5) محاور. وبعد تطبيق الأداة وجمع المعلومات، وتحليل النتائج، توصلا إلى ما يأتي:

1 – يطبق التدريس الفعال وفق معايير ضمان الجودة الشاملة في جامعتي دهوك ونوروز بدرجة (لحد ما)، وبوسط مرجح قدره (2.193)، ووزن مئوي بلغ (73.119) من وجهة نظر الطلبة.

2 – يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين آراء الطلبة نحو مدى تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة الشاملة للتدريس الفعال من قبل أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية يعزى لنوع الجامعة، ولصالح جامعة دهوك.
