Abstract

This research seeks to systematically address and refute the doubts raised by polytheists regarding the Qur’an by critically examining their claims and providing well-founded responses. The core issue lies in the confusion exhibited by polytheists concerning their assertions about the Qur’an, their failure to engage with its profound challenges, and the contradictions inherent in their statements. They have characterized the Qur’an as "sorcery, poetry, confused dreams, ancient myths, or fabricated tales," which underscores the weakness of their arguments and the untenability of their position. The study employs a combination of descriptive, inductive, and analytical methodologies to trace the claims made by polytheists and the corresponding responses articulated in the Qur’an. A deductive approach is also utilized to demonstrate the unfounded nature of the polytheists' doubts, the superficiality of their arguments, and the distortion of their perceptions. The Holy Qur'an stands as the greatest miracle and a timeless argument, with its challenge remaining valid until the Day of Judgment. Among the recommendations presented are the establishment of dedicated scientific centers focused on studying and refuting contemporary biases against the Qur’an. Additionally, it is proposed that courses dedicated to defending the Holy Qur'an, elucidating its miracles, and affirming its divine revelation be integrated into university curricula across all academic levels.
