The study aimed to demonstrate the teacher's role in managing cultural diversity and employing it in developing the communicative competence of non-native Arabic language learners, clarifying the role of mother tongue culture, and finding strategies to employ it in the target language learning processes. The study followed the descriptive approach, The problem of the study crystallized from the researcher's observation - during her experience in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers - that the diversity of the learners' nationalities was not activated within the linguistic classroom and benefited from and employed in the development and acquisition of skills in general and the development of communicative competence in particular. The study monitored some strategies that can be used to manage this diversity. And employing it to develop the skills of language learners, especially communicative competence, especially at the beginner levels, on the basis that life, regardless of its environment, remains a common human practice.
