This study aimed to clarify the role of cooperative learning as one of the most important strategies for addressing individual differences between learners of Arabic as a non-native speaker and how to use it, to overcome the obstacle of these differences within the language classroom. As it was found that the phenomenon of individual differences has a clear effect, clear features and constitute important joints in the process of teaching and learning the Arabic language for non-native speakers; therefore, it must be highlighted and shed light on it and monitor some strategies to treat it and deal with it with scientific professionalism. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and answered several questions as follows: What is the cooperative learning? What are cooperative learning strategies? What is the role of cooperative learning in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers? What are the appropriate cooperative learning strategies in addressing the individual differences of Arabic language learners who are non-native speakers? One of the most important findings of the study is that all forms of cooperative learning have characteristics and advantages that can be exploited in the class of Arabic for non-native speakers to address individual differences among learners.
