Abstract

This is a brief study about dawah (Call to Allah), which I wrote as a contribution to the necessity of dawah jurisprudence, which relates to the greatest message with which Allah sent the messengers and for which He revealed the Books and created Paradise and Hell for them. In it, I addressed the topic: (The effect of interest on the call to Allah), which is a contemporary topic that has sparked controversy among circles. Dawa, and it was addressed by specialized and non-specialized writers, which made dawah a permissible term for every writer and speaker, so I decided to present this study and made it into an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. The importance of the research is evident in shedding light on the relationship of interest to dawah, and how to employ and benefit from it, even though the origin of the subject of interest is from the topics of the principles of jurisprudence. The research also contributes to achieving flexibility and balance in dealing with contemporary developments, and the jurisprudence of dawah in considering benefits and harms. Among the most prominent questions addressed by the research: Is interest related to dawah? And what are its types? What is considered and what is not considered? What is the ruling on what the street was silent about? How do you use interest in dawah? What is the ruling on interest if it contradicts the legal text? What are the conditions and controls for working in the department? And why? What is the position on the later studies that call for precedence over the text? The study also aims to serve the call to Allah Almighty, make proper use of Islamic interests, and control the implementation of interests between the extremists and the cruel. I conducted inductive follow-up through books on principles and dawah, and studied and analysed the statements of speakers in the matter and the effects of this approach on dawah today. I was keen to cite examples and evidence as much as possible, then I concluded by mentioning the results, including that dawah is connected to the principles of Sharia and is inseparable from them. And working with interests is the saying of all the people of Islam. The interest has a direct impact on the call, and it appended this by mentioning recommendations, including the importance of the jurisprudence of preachers on this subject, especially in minority countries. Beware of the pitfalls that enemies of the call can exploit in employing self-interest to exclude religion from life under the pretext of interests.
