The Principle of Precaution and Its Maqāṣidī Implications

Abstract

     This study looks at the rule of precaution and tries to show its good influences on people and society. The researcher took in this study the analytical inductive approach. He went through the old scientists researchers and analyzed their studies in order to show the real criteria and then look at the influences on the society people in their behaviors and usages in the safing of the Fifth Necessities.

     The study cause appears through the finding of separation in many of the Islamic study in this topic and between the practical rules and the flexible guidance that people use in their life. The unconnected stage between these two fundamental issues is one of the unclear view that may cause many questioning from various level in the society. Therefore, this paper tries to answer the question: How does the precaution rule affect in educating the society?

     The researcher aims to show and clarify this affect clearly and finally he comes out of the most important fact and issue that the Fifth Necessities must be safed and protected well.
