One of the greatest and most influential books of the Hanbalis in the doctrine is the writings of Imam al-Muwaffaq Ibn Qudamah al-Maqdisi (may Allah have mercy on him). And one of the most useful books, his book persuasive, the Hanbalis are still revolving in his orbit, and they mean it very carefully, explanation and abbreviation, and inference, Among these explanations on it, the valuable explanation marked with (the interesting explanation of the masked by the sign: Zain al-Din al-Manji bin Othman Ibn al-Manji al-Tanukhi (d. 695), and his explanation was characterized by gathering evidence from the Qur'an, Sunnah, impact and analogy on the issues and narrations reported by the masked owner So hardly leaves a single issue without inference or explanation, and the problem of the research: that he has published the book investigator, and only the book of divorce remains counted in the missing heritage of the nation, so that God is pleased to stand on a complete copy of this missing part, and the part that I took care of was an investigation and study (from: a chapter in divorce in a future time to the door of suspension of divorce conditions) I hope that the research achieves its main goal: to take out the text in the nearest form desired by the author, and save the heritage of the nation from loss, and take it out to his appeal of scientists and students of science, and the research has gone according to the scientific method to achieve heritage: from the keenness to take out the author's phrase as he wanted, and link the text to its sources, and attribute verses, and the graduation of hadiths, and the statement of the stranger, and ask Allah to benefit from this effort and to make it pure for the face of the generous.
