Abstract
This is a research entitled (Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen’s Jurisprudential Choices in Marriage and Its Controls from the Book of Al-Sharh Al-Mumti. Building his choices, and the most important objectives of the research are to clarify what are the considered controls adopted by Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen in his jurisprudential choices in the chapter on marriage. And clarification of the jurisprudential choices of Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen in the chapter on marriage. The approach that the researcher will adopt is the descriptive and analytical approach as required by the nature of the research. The research ended with results, the most important of which were: The Sheikh considered voice communication to be similar to being alone; Therefore, a third was required to allow them to communicate. Preventing the younger one from marrying until the older one gets married, this is considered a forbidden muscle. It is not permissible to resort to a usurious loan for the sake of marriage, and if there is someone who will lend him a good loan, and he is in need of marriage, let him borrow. Preventing the suitor from looking at the picture if she remains with him, as for the look in which the face appears or what he wants to approach it for and it was often what appears, and with the presence of a third party, it is most likely that it is permissible with the Sheikh. It is not acceptable for the father - who neglects prayer - to take over the marriage of his client in the beginning, and if this father contracted for his wife, then the first is a new contract. Agency is valid in every human right of contracts.
