Abstract
This study investigates making conditionals and searching for the Jazm and non-Jazm tools in the book of Sunan Alkobra by Alnisa'I Imam (May his soul rest in peace), from the start of Assaid book till the end of Alqasama book. The central issue of the research is the presence of conditional tools in the Hadith in abundance, and the consequent Sharia rulings; such as imperatives, forbiddances, free-choices, permissibles. To deduce these rulings, it is impertive to understand the conditional sentence and the context wherein it occurred from all rhetorical, semantic and syntactic viewpoints, and the connecting of the Shart sentence to Jawab-al-Shart one for the purpose of investigating the wisdoms contained in the Hadith of the Prophet (PBUH). The study seeks to achieve a number of purposes. Of those are identifying the Jazmizing and non-Jazmizing tools and nouns, and searching for them in the book of Sunan-al-Kobra by Alnisaa'i. It also analyses their meanings, searches for the tools most frequently used, indicates their types and meanings, and the pattern of each sentence where the tool occurred, all in the collection of books selected for the research. The researcher based his study on the descriptive and analytical methods, which led to many results. The most prominent of those results is that the "Shart" tool "إن" had the highest textual occurrence in all selected books, since it appeared 237 times. The tool "إذ " came next with 180 occurrences, mostly in the book of Albuyou' where it occurred 37 times. The lowest number of occurrences was 21 in the books of Talaaq and Waleema. The same tool occurred only once in the book of Ihya' Alamwat. The tool "لولا " had the lowest number of occurrences in the books selected, as it occurred only 3 times, with one occurrence in the books of Otq, Talaq and Qadaa'. The Shart tools ( إن إذا ما من لو أي لما لولا ) had 8 occurrences only ; however, the remaining tools had no occurrences at all
